Finally we had sunshine. We came back to the bay where we swam with the turtle, the water was so stirred up couldn’t see anything. The bat fish were there. We dropped some bread in the water, some of the fish rolled all the way out of the water to get it. Moved to Hook Island, Butterfly Bay 20*03′.876S/148*56′.944E had a real nice swim, still water was not very clear, didi see some nice fish though. Water is a bit cold, so didn’t stay in too long. Staying here for the night on a mooring ball.
If the wind stays down again tomorrow our plan is to leave early and go out to the Reef.
We don’t have any phone signal, so no internet, if we go to the Reef will not have for several days. It has been fun keeping up with everyone on facebook. I have heard from so many of my ft Meade friends. Weather is supposed to turn nasty again Thurs/Fri so we will be back tucked in somewhere with all the other boats.
