We have just spent the most memorable 4 days at the Tavanipupu Private Island and Resort. Pamela Kemberly and her staff treated us like family and royalty. Paul, the chef, served magnificent meals. I don’t know the last time we ate out this many nights in a row. Any one cruising out this way, this is a MUST SEE, and for those of you that aren’t , it is an easy flight from Brisbane.
Pamela is an American that has done wonderful things for this Guadalcanal area. We certainly will make the effort to come back here, Not in Special Blend, but I know how to book a flight.
We will be in Honiara on Monday for the official check in, spend a day or so stocking up on fresh veggies, fruit and bread then off again.
